Products may be eligible for return or replacement if they are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must notify Alizglow within 48 hours of receiving the product, and returned items should be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic or skincare products, products showing signs of use, or items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return request, customers should share the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product in cases of damage or defect. Further instructions are provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
Where damage, defect, or incorrect delivery is confirmed, Alizglow may offer a replacement of the same product subject to availability. Refunds may be processed when replacement is not possible or applicable, and are issued through the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
